3JUL08. THURSDAY. Well, finally able to update the blog with the latest events. Also, I noticed that it’s almost our nation’s birthday tomorrow. Certainly, the nation will take time to recognize the sacrifices made by our forefathers accordingly. Here, in Afghanistan, we will probably have some cake. Well, the phones are down tonight. Hopefully the Internet will be up and available tonight. Still hot as ever here. We’re down to the short count now. Will update when I can. Doug
