JUL08. WEDNESDAY. Time must be nearing soon. The folks that are leaving got some awards last night. We were invited to say a few words. I mentioned when I got here ~18mos ago, we were in the Bunkers about twice a week. I can’t recall the last time I had to go to a bunker. So, it there’s proof that we are making some tangible gains. This is my proof that we are doing some good things for the local populace. Will update when I can. Doug
