JOBS IN WASHINGTON DC

26APR08. Saturday. Well, I'm highly encouraged at the job opportunities in the DC area. However, having already lived there for several years. I'm not in such a hurry to return. Another typical day here. Lots of folks confused, had another pre-inspection to prepare for the inspection. So, lots of things are really, really clean. And, folks are hesitant to work for fear of messing up the place. Typical SNAFU situation. On a slightly different note, I'm attempting to get all my paperwork aligned for the next advancement cycle. Yep, have summoned the intestinal fortude to give it another try - from here..... I've already asked some folks in New Orleans to run some paperwork on my behalf. We'll see what happens.

I've cooled off enough to talk with the folks from our 401K plan. And, my wonderful bride and I are working together to minimize the damage. Still, it absolutely sucks being outta the picture. There is always an inherent delay in communicaitons and my ability to make any impacts (in a positive manner). Well, what doesn't kill me, makes me stronger. Will update when I can.
