THE COUNTDOWN w/ABC's

3JUN08. TUESDAY. Well, now that it’s JUNE and I depart in JULY. There aren’t too many days left for me here in the Sandbox. I’m certainly doing my part to ensure a smooth transition home. Oddly enough this includes ensuring a seat is saved on the Aircraft under my name. You’d think this would be taken care of. Sadly, with all the personnel movement in theater, it’s easy to get lost in the sauce. Still, my intent is to send home all the junk I don’t need or is required to be turned into the government. Hopefully, this only leaves me with two footlockers to drag around… Well, this all sounds well and good. We’ll see. Will update when I can. Doug
