9FEB07 Friday. Slept in til 7:30AM today. Immediately started working the phones to get a plane ticket to Afghanistan earlier than 25FEB07. After getting the run-around, got a Flight for tomorrow night. Flight leaves at midnight. So, tomorrow will be spent doing laundry, getting our weapons, and chilling-out until it’s time to leave. During my phone-tag session today, managed to get out for a little. Took a coupe of pictures I thought were kinda neat. One is of a neat Fountain Iced over.
