3MAR08. Monday. Start of the Workday Stateside. Continuation of a Workyear for the Warrior.... Chatted with Terri last night, seems the hospital staff is looking for long-term solutions for her dad. Insofar as her mom, the Eye-doc is slated to review her eye. We'll see what happens. In the end, this is certainly a major jolt for the family. I pray that all will come together. Here, the weather is changing for the better. Although the weather-guessers predict a couple more snows. But, it's a significant change from the frigid temps of last month. I'm starting to get my new battle rhythm down. Yet, still have to get off the compound. My buddy Jim sent the below picture. For me, this sums-up this whole deployment. Doug
